About the client

Morgan Law is seeking an interim Head of Finance for a charity in the Bristol area.

Accountabilities

1. Manage the FA and Payments team and support with daily tasks.
2. Assist with the completion of the annual report and accounts.
3. Collaborate with the FA and Interim FA to ensure accurate data capture for correct partial VAT calculation.
4. Work with the Finance System Implementation Support role to maintain system integrity.
5. Help the payments team set up invoice templates appropriately.
6. Support the FP&R team in communicating changes to VAT capture and reporting to the charity.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified CCAB/CIMA accountant.
• Experienced qualified accountant with several years PQE and charity experience.
• Strong charity VAT knowledge and understanding.
• Assertive with excellent communication, listening, and persuasive analytical skills.
