Interim Head of Finance | Social Housing | North West | Largely Remote Working

Castlefield Recruitment is partnering with a Housing Association in the North West to recruit a Head of Finance on an interim basis. The role involves working closely with the Director of Finance to provide both operational and strategic finance support, with a focus on Treasury, Development, and long-term Business Planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the association
  • Overseeing operations including cash management, banking, loan portfolio management, loan covenant monitoring, and reporting
  • Managing treasury-related risks, development accounting, and reporting
  • Managing the 30-year business plan using Brixx
  • Managing the submission of relevant regulatory returns
