Interim Head of Finance | Social Housing | North West | Largely Remote Working

Castlefield Recruitment is partnering with a Housing Association in the North West to recruit an interim Head of Finance. The role involves working closely with the Director of Finance to provide operational and strategic finance support, with a focus on Treasury, Development, and long-term Business Planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the organization
• Overseeing operations such as cash management, banking, and loan portfolio management, including Loan Covenant monitoring and reporting
• Managing treasury-related risk and Development accounting and reporting
• Managing the 30-year business plan using Brixx software
• Handling the submission of relevant regulatory returns
