Go Fractional is seeking an agile, AI-native Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region GTM disciplines, including Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA, and Field Engineering. You will manage a high-velocity, multi-time-zone portfolio with a data-driven approach and structured automation using Ashby.

The role emphasizes consultative partnering with global GTM leadership, tight collaboration with the People team, and a hybrid office expectation.

Competenze

Experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for B2B enterprise software or high-growth tech.
Recruitment across complex GTM roles (Enterprise AEs, Field Engineers, Alliances/Channel Leads).
Experience hiring first-in-country GTM hires in emerging regions desirable.
Proficient with AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region go-to-market roles across Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA and Field Engineering.
Balance 8–10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
Design automated automations in Ashby to reduce manual recruiting bottlenecks.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Partner with GTM People, Finance and hiring managers on headcount planning and offers.
