Job summary

Quantexa is seeking an agile Talent Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to own critical hiring demand across global GTM functions. You will design automated workflows, leverage AI tools, and deliver a consultative, high-touch recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers.

You will partner with leaders across Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, CEGA, and Hyperscaler Partnerships, coordinating across EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones while maintaining rigorous data hygiene

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for fast-growing, B2B tech environments.
• Experience recruiting across multi-region GTM roles (Enterprise Sales, Alliances, Field Engineering).
• Ability to implement AI-enabled sourcing and workflow automation to reduce cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region GTM disciplines (Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA, Field Engineering).
• Balance 8–10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones with high velocity and candidate care.
• Champion AI-native talent acquisition with AI-augmented tooling and Ashby automations for outreach, interview synthesis, and pipeline reporting.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and collaborate with GTM People Partners, Finance, and the broader People team on headcount planning and onboarding.
