Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager on a temporary basis for a leading professional services organisation in Guildford. The role owns UK financial reporting, engages senior stakeholders and drives improvements in reporting processes.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and support statutory audits, with involvement in budgeting and forecasting as required. Flexible hours and a collaborative culture are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial reporting.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and support statutory audits.
• Analyse financial statements and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities.
