Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading professional services organisation in Guildford to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager on a temporary basis. The role delivers ownership of UK financial reporting and engagement with senior stakeholders to drive reporting improvements and support strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will oversee monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with budgeting and forecasting, while contributing to system upgrades

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial reporting in professional services or similar sectors.
• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting statutory audits.
• Providing insightful analysis of financial statements and liaising with key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Supporting the implementation of reporting processes and system improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities as required.
