Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group in Guildford is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager on a temporary basis. The role will own UK financial reporting, work closely with senior stakeholders, and drive improvements to reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.

You will lead monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and assist with statutory audits, budgeting, forecasting and group reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Proven experience in financial reporting
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing relationships

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting statutory audits
• Providing insightful analysis of financial statements and liaising with key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
• Supporting the implementation of reporting processes and system improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities as required
