Michael Page is recruiting an Interim Financial Reporting Manager in Leicester to lead the UK accounting and reporting function and work with senior stakeholders across global finance operations.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with a strong background in financial reporting, controls and multinational environments. Hybrid working with three days in the office is offered, alongside a competitive day rate.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting environments.
• Experience leading finance teams.
• Experience in multinational or complex business settings.
• Strong Excel and finance reporting systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK financial accounting and reporting function.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting on time.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight.
