About the Role

• The school is looking for an Interim Assistant Headteacher to join its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) three days per week, covering a maternity leave from after October half-term.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting beneath the surface, spotting patterns and finding practical solutions to challenges affecting pupils and their learning.
• You’ll use your analytical skills to identify trends in behaviour and attendance, understand where support is needed and help put effective strategies in place.
