Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an Assistant Director - Commissioning, SEND & Transformation to lead a major SEND transformation programme on a 6-month interim contract. The role commands £800 per day inside IR35 and offers hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in SEND, education, healthcare or local government environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major SEND Transformation Programme and improvement agenda.
• Drive cross-system change with education, health and key partner organisations.
• Provide strategic leadership across complex transformation, commissioning and capital projects.
• Ensure effective programme governance, management of risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Deliver sustainable improvements alongside cost containment and value-for-money initiatives.
