Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead a major SEND transformation programme in a hybrid role. You will oversee a team of programme specialists, manage a £2.5m transformation budget, and report to the Director of Commissioning for Transformation.

Are you an experienced Assistant Director – Commissioning, SEND & Transformation looking for an opportunity to lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in children’s services?

Reporting directly to the Director of Commissioning for Transformation, you will take strategic responsibility for a complex SEND transformation agenda, leading a team of programme specialists and overseeing a transformation budget of approximately £2.5m. This is a high-profile role where your ability to drive change, influence stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements will be critical to success.
