Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an Assistant Director - Commissioning, SEND & Transformation to lead a major SEND transformation programme on a 6-month interim contract. The role commands £800 per day inside IR35 and offers hybrid working.

Reporting directly to the Director of Commissioning for Transformation, you will take strategic responsibility for a complex SEND transformation agenda, leading a team of programme specialists and overseeing a transformation budget of approximately £2.5m. • Experience balancing strategic leadership with operational delivery in complex settings
• Demonstrable success in programme management, performance improvement and organisational change
