The role sits hybrid in London, reporting to the AI transformation head. You’ll build C‑suite relationships, define JTBD frameworks, and lead high‑impact change initiatives with a focus on scalable value realization.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100.
• Proven track record building C‑suite relationships.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Executive presence to lead boards and cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50–100 accounts by setting vision and JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C‑suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews framing P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional programs across stakeholders, managing risk and updates.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross‑sell and upsell.
• Scale transformation playbooks by producing decks, frameworks, and communications.
