Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI, data or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong track record in change management and workforce reskilling.
• Experience with communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritise AI use cases across business and technology functions.
• Lead behavioural change required to drive AI adoption across the organisation.
• Design and implement AI training, education and reskilling programmes.
• Build AI literacy across technical and non-technical teams.
• Establish AI governance, risk and control frameworks.
• Measure adoption, capability growth and business outcomes.
