Your new role
Quarriers WHAT IF (Male) Service is recruiting 3 full-time Intensive Support Workers who have the skills to support young people in supported accommodation.
The WHAT IF (Male) team is looking for qualified individuals who will embrace their therapeutic role and provide appropriate re-nurturing and healing to young people with attachment issues and fear of rejection.
As an Intensive Support Worker, you will ensure that people's needs are met by building trusting relationships with the young men and helping them build self-esteem, which will enable them to move towards independence.
Working pattern: Quarriers offers 3 full-time, permanent contracts working 39 hours per week. You will work over an 8-week rolling rota with shifts of 8am - 4pm (Early Shift) and 2pm - 10pm (Late Shift), with 4 out of 8 weekends off.
