Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the UK seeks an Intelligent Devices Domain Expert to support sales of ICT and Motion solutions. You will be the technical product expert for UK & Ireland, collaborating with account managers and distributors to drive profitable growth.

Requirements include fluent English, a Bachelor's degree, willingness to travel up to 70% in the UK & Ireland, and a valid UK driving licence. You will engage customers with demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to showcase

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills.
• Industrial control, Power control, Automation or Software background.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel in the UK & Ireland (out of office up to 70% of week).
• A valid UK driver's licence.
• Customer centricity and passion for improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical product expert and focal point in UK & Ireland for ICT and Motion portfolio.
• Co-operate with the sales team in promoting the product range with presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and performance tests.
• Analyze competitor products and define differentiators.
• Participate in trade shows and seminars with demonstrations and product expertise.
• Support market access to distributors and systems integrators for value demonstration.
• Assist Business Lead in launching new products to the sales team and channel.
• Validate and resolve compatibility issues within architectural solutions and guide customers and the sales team.
• Update customers on new products and technology relevant to their industry and applications.
• Invest in self-enablement and continuously learn Rockwell's offerings.
