Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a Commercial & Operations Lead for the UK intelligence function to drive growth, performance and day-to-day operations. You will partner with practitioners and market leadership to translate business needs into operational action, and ensure the practice scales responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience pricing intelligence or analytics services with value-based reasoning.
• Management of multi-disciplinary teams including capacity planning and oversight.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of how specialist intelligence teams create client value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder influence ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility of Intelligence pipeline, revenue performance and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Intelligence services across existing and prospective clients.
• Track business performance against growth objectives with Intelligence leadership.
• Oversee resource demand, utilisation and capacity across the Intelligence team.
• Ensure practitioners are deployed effectively against client and business priorities.
• Operationalise delivery of intelligence offerings to enhance delivery and growth.
• Identify delivery risks and capability gaps before they impact growth.
• Build relationships across Burson and WPP networks.
• Contribute to growth by refining methodologies and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
