Job summary

WPP Media in the UK seeks a senior leader to own the data solutions roadmap, delivering Open Intelligence and Private Data Network capabilities. You will coordinate across DTA, Partnerships, Investment and Technology Solutions to mobilise client value from first-party data within a cross-functional team.

The role requires 10+ years in data strategy, strong client-facing credentials, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while influencing across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data strategy and partnerships experience in a media or tech setting.
• Proven ability to define data-driven value propositions for clients.
• Experience designing monetized data solutions in media and ad tech.
• Strong knowledge of UK data partners, monetization models and proprietary products.
• Track record of setting strategy, roadmaps and resource planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Influence senior clients and drive cross-functional adoption of solutions.
• Clear documentation and playbooks for PDN/Open Intelligence capabilities.
• Delivery-focused leader with commercial judgment and technical fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own design, delivery and roadmap for Open Intelligence in the UK.
• Lead development of Private Data Network and Open Intelligence across UK and global teams.
• Define strategy and onboarding cadence with Partners; represent UK needs.
• Identify commercial bundling opportunities across data assets.
• Collaborate with Investment and Media Solutions to define GTM models.
• Create marketing/training materials for PDN and Open Intelligence.
• Support early-stage pitches and client meetings to showcase data solutions.
• Ensure clear product marketing communications to stakeholders.
• Establish governance for data solutions across media and commercial viability.
• Set enablement strategy with global/local product teams.
