WPP Media in the UK seeks an SVP, Data Solutions Lead to own the development and delivery of a critical data capability for first‑party data in media. You’ll collaborate across DTA, Partnerships, Investment and Technology Solutions to bring this to market and onboard clients.

You will lead strategy, roadmaps, and governance for PDN and Open Intelligence, balancing commercial viability and client value. You will partner with senior clients to translate data solutions into measurable business

Qualificações

• 10+ years experience in data strategy, data partnerships, proprietary data within a media agency or related company.
• Strong client direct experience in value proposition and client benefit narratives.
• Be the voice of clients for data solutions in the UK.
• Experience designing and monetizing data solutions in media.
• Strong knowledge of UK data partner landscape and monetization models.
• Experience setting strategy, roadmapping and resource organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; translate non-technical use cases into technical requirements.
• Strong influencing skills to defend data solutions with senior clients.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption.
• Clear documentation and playbooks on PDN support.
• Delivery-focused leader with technical and client leadership background.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, delivery and roadmap for Open intelligence in the UK across stakeholders.
• Lead development of Private data network and Open intelligence solutions across the UK.
• Define and socialise data solutions strategy with Data Partnerships on priority and onboarding cadence.
• Establish commercial opportunities for partners and clients across the martech landscape.
• Collaborate to define the commercial model for Open intelligence/PDN and GTM.
• Create marketing materials and upskill the data strategy community.
• Support early-stage pitches and client meetings to represent data solutions.
• Ensure clear product marketing communications to internal stakeholders.
• Establish governance and guardrails for data capabilities across teams.
• Lead enablement strategy with global and local product teams.
