Job summary

Zinc is seeking an Integrations Support Manager in London to own the integrations experience end-to-end. You will act as the technical voice on pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing support, interpreting API docs and testing calls for non-technical stakeholders.

You will work with Product, Tech and Sales to shape new integrations, build a knowledge base, and prepare customers and partners for go-lives while triaging issues and ensuring smooth data flows between HRIS/ATS systems and Zinc.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in integrations, solutions engineering, implementation or similar.
• Hands-on experience with HR or applicant tracking system integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or HiBob preferred).
• REST APIs concepts: endpoints, HTTP methods, JSON, auth, status codes, webhooks.
• Familiar with test tools like Postman and reading API docs.
• Ability to explain technical detail to non-technical people on calls and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Join pre-sales, sales and account management calls to answer integration questions live.
• Explain what each integration does, data flows, direction, triggers and write-backs.
• Flag mismatches early to avoid go-live overpromises.
• Support setup: credentials, field mapping, permissions and sandbox testing.
• Train teams on new integrations so they can handle routine questions.
