Victim Support invites applications for the Criminal Justice Domestic Abuse Service Manager role. This hybrid position combines home-based work with travel to the Islington office to lead a committed team delivering frontline support to domestic abuse survivors.
You will develop a high-quality, proactive service, ensure safeguarding across partners, and drive cross-agency collaboration while maintaining victim-centered practice and safe delivery.
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our experienced criminal justice IDVA team, working 37.5 hours a week. This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working, you will work from home and our Victim Support Office near Old Street station.
