Job summary

Saint-Gobain Formula is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee three critical functions—Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse—within a single leadership structure. You will join the site leadership team and collaborate with Sales, Production, Engineering and Procurement to ensure best-in-class service while driving operational excellence.

As the role evolves, you will help implement ERP enhancements, develop people, and raise performance to the next

Qualifications

Experience leading supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
Experience managing warehousing, planning, logistics or customer service functions.
Track record of developing and engaging teams.
Experience delivering change, process improvement or system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse functions.
Develop managers and team members through coaching and development plans.
Drive improvements across planning, inventory management and warehouse operations.
Lead daily operational reviews with site stakeholders.
Build partnerships with Production, Engineering, Sales and Procurement teams.
Produce monthly performance reports and contribute to strategic decisions.
Lead business improvement and system implementation projects.
