Job summary

Formula in Newark seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead three functions—Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse—within a high-performing site. You’ll shape operations, coach leaders, and drive improvements as the business modernises with a Dynamics 365 ERP rollout.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Engineering and Procurement to deliver best-in-class service and operational excellence while aligning with Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland’s long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain, customer service and warehouse in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
• Experience managing warehousing, planning, logistics or customer service functions.
• Proven ability to develop and engage teams.
• Experience delivering change, process improvement or system implementation projects.
• Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse functions.
• Develop and coach managers and team members with regular reviews.
• Drive improvements across planning, inventory, service and warehousing operations.
• Lead daily operational reviews with site stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with Production, Engineering, Sales and Procurement teams.
• Produce monthly performance reports for strategic decision-making.
• Lead business improvement and ERP system implementation projects.
• Support transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
