You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee supplier performance, analyze improvements, and support end-to-end work package transfers, with travel to supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant supplier and order book management experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence suppliers using broad business understanding and commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers to meet requirements.
• Work with underperforming suppliers to analyse and implement an improvement plan.
• Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful work package transfers in the Supply Chain.
• Support the Supplier Performance Quality Leader in implementing Supplier Performance strategy.
• Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
