Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe, via Oakhouse Foods, seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Chippenham to lead end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to delivery, with strong focus on forecasting, inventory, and S&OP.

In this office-based role, you will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and suppliers to optimise performance, reduce costs and drive growth, while ensuring excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain leadership roles with FMCG/food backgrounds.
• Strong forecasting, inventory control, and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to lead S&OP and drive KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to delivery.
• Own and drive the S&OP process balancing demand, supply and capacity.
• Develop demand forecasts using sales data and market trends.
• Manage inventory to optimise service levels and minimise waste.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and customer service.
