Job summary

Resonant, a global life sciences solutions provider, is seeking a senior supply chain leader based in Chorley to optimize end-to-end planning, inventory, sourcing and purchasing across multiple European sites. You will drive service excellence, OTIF metrics, and resilient supply chain operations while leading diverse teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multi-site supply chain leadership, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Epicor), and a proven track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrable experience in senior supply chain roles.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading multi-site supply chain, procurement, planning or purchasing.
• Experience managing regional supply chain operations and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Epicor) and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain across multiple European sites.
• Drive planning, inventory management, purchasing and sourcing to improve service and cost.
• Ensure OTIF/OTD targets, forecast accuracy and working capital goals.
• Develop inventory and replenishment strategies balancing service and obsolescence risk.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Finance to align plans.
• Manage supply risks, escalations and contingency plans.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven efficiency initiatives.
