Job summary

HR Dept (Recruitment Agency) is seeking a Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager near Saxmundham to own the Warehouse & Logistics operation and drive improvements across planning, procurement and inventory. You will lead the teams and shape processes to support growth.

The role requires hands-on experience in regulated manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to improve efficiency and performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience improving or transforming warehousing operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Warehouse & Logistics operations, including goods-in, storage, production picking, material flow and dispatch.
• Lead and develop Warehouse, Supply Chain and Procurement teams, establishing accountability and high performance.
• Transform processes, optimize stock accuracy, and implement KPIs and standard operating disciplines.
