Job summary

Airbus is seeking an Integrated Project Planner to support major programmes and growth projects within Secure Communications (SC) UK. You will create and maintain top-level and IPT schedules, analyse costs against forward load, and track milestones.

You'll provide monthly and quarterly reporting, develop standard templates, and support project managers with risk, change control, and schedule health checks using MS Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, Earned Value and risk management.
• Familiarity with project governance and reporting.
• Knowledge of planning best practices and scheduling health checks.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and deliver top level and IPT schedules.
• Analyse costs vs forward load with resource tracking.
• Track payment milestones and risks.
• Perform change control, waivers and deviations.
• Provide consolidated monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Create standard templates for schedules and reporting.
• Support project managers and project team with admin tasks.
