Job summary

HE Space in Harwell, United Kingdom, seeks a senior Project Control professional to support cost, schedule and risk management for complex aerospace programmes. You will prepare management reports and dashboards, coordinate procurement activities, and assist in programmatic decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, and experience with SAP ECC/SRM and ESA-aligned reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

Master's in Engineering or MBA or equivalent, with relevant experience.
Experience in controlling and/or management of activities and resources in aerospace.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP ECC/SRM is assets.
English fluency mandatory; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support identified managers on project and activity cost, high-level schedule and risks.
Oversee procurements from tendering to contract closure; manage financial planning and control.
Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting status and actions.
Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for programmatic decisions.
Maintain cost plans, budgets, and ESA ERP data with forecasting and reporting.
Contribute to risk management, KPIs, and reporting to Project Manager and Board.
