Job summary

Starion Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Scheduler to provide schedule and risk management support for ESA CIP programmes. You will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and deliver reports to stakeholders on time and within scope.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of scheduling experience, plus proficiency with scheduling tools and strong English communication in an international environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, project control or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Providing schedule and risk management support across ESA CIP programmes and projects.
  • Developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules, milestones and performance metrics.
  • Monitoring progress and identifying schedule risks, issues and mitigations.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards and schedule performance analyses.
  • Supporting project reviews, planning activities and stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintaining scheduling tools, processes and documentation.
  • Contributing to process improvements, training and best-practice implementation.
  • Supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule and in line with programme objectives.
