Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Lead Project Controller/Scheduler to drive planning, risk management and cost control across the Air Traffic Management Systems projects in the UK. You will maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, track milestones, and support programme decision making with variance analysis.

The role involves coordinating with production teams, development engineers and senior management, with travel to Raytheon UK sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project/Programme Control environment.
• Competent in MSP 2010/13/16 and MS Office, with ability to learn internal tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Integrity of the IMS and ensure milestones are linked and resourced.
• Evaluate critical path, risks and variances, and provide performance metrics.
• Support budget, ETCs and Earned Value reporting for management reviews.
