Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Limited in the UK is seeking an Integrated Project Planner to support major programmes within Secure Communications (SC) UK. You will create, maintain and deliver top-level and IPT schedules, track costs and risk, and provide management data and reporting.

You will work with Project Managers and IPTs using MS Project and Primavera P6, applying planning best practices, critical path analysis and WBS to support delivery with integrity and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and Earned Value management.
• Knowledge of planning best practices and dependencies.
• Familiarity with WBS and critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and deliver top level and IPT schedules.
• Analyse project costs versus forward load and track resources.
• Track payment milestones and manage risk and change control.
• Provide consolidated project reports to senior management.
• Create and maintain standardised templates for schedules and reporting.
• Provide project administration support to PM and team.
