Job summary

Leidos UK & Europe is seeking a Project Scheduler to shape and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex programme in the UK. You will collaborate with project teams, PMO and stakeholders to ensure dependencies, risks, and milestones are clearly defined and managed, using Microsoft Project and integrated planning to keep delivery on track.

You will review plans, identify critical paths, provide scheduling insight, and produce reporting and forecasts to support decision-making

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling, planning or project controls within complex programmes.
Knowledge of integrated planning and critical path analysis.
Ability to provide constructive challenge and maintain realistic schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Combine plans from multiple teams into a single, integrated schedule with clear links.
Identify critical paths, dependencies and scheduling risks with mitigation options.
Review project plans and challenge for realism and alignment with objectives.
Collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to keep plans up to date.
Produce schedule reporting, analysis and forecasts to support decisions.
Maintain planning standards, baselines and governance processes.
