Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Lead Project Controller / Scheduler to join the Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) Business in Harlow. You will lead the development of the IMS, ensure schedule integrity, analyse variances and support cost reporting for senior management.

The role requires SC clearance, strong MSP skills, and experience with multi-disciplinary teams across sites. Onsite work with potential travel and a focus on programme control excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project/Programme Control environment.
• Proficient in MSP 2010/13/16 and MS Office; able to learn internal EVMS tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong data handling across various tools.
• Good written and verbal communication across levels.
• Ability to work with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness in complex projects.
• Experience working with multi-disciplined teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Integrity of the Development project IMS ensuring activities/milestones are linked and resourced.
• Evaluate IMS critical path, schedule risk and variances.
• Progress project plan and provide performance metrics and ETC for reporting.
• Incorporate changes into IMS to maintain baseline and EVMS guidance.
• Monitor timesheet bookings and investigate any anomalies.
• Facilitate Programme Risk Review Boards and document risks, actions.
• Support PM, CAMs and Programme Accountant to establish baselines and budgets.
• Develop WBS and OBS for programmes.
• Support Bid and Proposal activities with Basis of Estimates data.
• Travel to Raytheon UK sites may be required.
