Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to lead the Master Integrated Schedule for a major MEP programme in Whitehall. You will consolidate contractor programmes, track milestones, and provide clear schedule information to support decision making across design, construction and commissioning teams.

The role requires expert Primavera P6 or MS Project skills, strong integration experience across multiple contractors, and the ability to manage dependencies,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, construction or complex MEP project scheduling
• Expert in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and complex interfaces
• Strong understanding of critical path analysis, schedule risk and change control
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• APM PMQ or equivalent
• Ability to obtain or hold SC Security Clearance
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Public-sector or government project experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Master Integrated Schedule for a major MEP programme
• Integrate multiple contractor programmes into a single cohesive schedule
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and critical path impacts
• Provide regular progress updates and dashboards to stakeholders
• Support QSRA and monitor schedule contingency and float
• Coordinate activities across project stakeholders and contractors
• Assess time impacts of proposed changes and manage Change Control processes
• Support commissioning sequences and final project activities
