RTX Raytheon UK is seeking a Lead Project Controller / Scheduler in Harlow to join the Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) Business. You will work with multi-functional teams on cutting-edge technology, delivering robust IMS, cost control, and EVMS adherence to support production and development programmes.

The role requires extensive MSP experience, strong data handling, and the ability to influence project teams across dispersed sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Project/Programme Control environment.
• Competent in MSP 2010/13/16 and other Microsoft applications; familiar with internal EV tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the business.
• Ability to handle data accurately across various tools.

Aufgaben

• Maintain integrity of the Development project IMS with fully resourced activities.
• Evaluate IMS critical path, schedule risk and variances.
• Produce performance metrics and ETCs for financial reporting and trend analysis.
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS and guide EVMS usage.
• Support Programme Manager, CAMs and Programme Accountant with baselines and budgets.
• Collate and analyse finance data including schedule-derived ETCs.
• Develop and maintain WBS and OBS for programmes.
• Support Bid/Proposal activity with Basis of Estimates transfer to Pricing.
• Travel to other Raytheon UK sites may be required.
