Job summary

CFC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of strategic change initiatives across Lloyd's and London insurance markets. This business-facing role requires strong leadership, governance, budgeting, and benefits tracking, working with sponsors and cross-functional teams to realise value.

You will define objectives, manage scope, risks, and dependencies, and ensure adoption and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business change, transformation, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering platform implementations within insurance environments.
• Deep domain expertise in the Lloyd's and London insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic change initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with priorities and outcomes.
• Define project objectives, scope, success measures, governance requirements, and delivery strategies.
• Lead or support development of business cases, investment proposals, and funding requests to demonstrate value.
• Define, track, and monitor project benefits and success measures to ensure value delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, resources, and finances.
