Capco is seeking experienced London Market Consultants to join its Insurance practice in London. You will work across transformational projects with Lloyd’s and market participants, modernising processes, implementing digital platforms, and unlocking data value.

You’ll lead cross-functional Capco teams and manage senior stakeholders. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and data strategy, with a focus on underwriting, claims, and e-trading, in a hybrid London work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with London Market entities such as syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance.
• Strong understanding of both business and IT functions - underwriting, claims, e-trading, policy admin.
• Bonus points for data governance, modelling, or analytics within insurance.

Responsabilités

• Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives.
• Deliver consulting services including business analysis, project management, and data strategy.
• Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market.
• Drive collaboration across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technology teams.
