Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK invites applications for a Managing or Senior Manager in our Insurance practice. You will work with leading commercial and personal lines insurers across Property/Casualty, Life and Health to shape market-leading strategies and digital propositions.

You will design and lead streams of work, apply a systems-thinking mindset, and drive delivery, growth, and client value, while developing new business in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience with a proven track record of driving value in Property/Casualty, Life and/or Health insurance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with influence across senior stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.
• First class written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management capability.
• Understanding of modern digital technologies, including AI.
• Experience in people management.
• Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation.
