Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry or related sectors.
• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or working towards this qualification is desirable.
• Equivalent recognised business analysis qualifications will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes, operating models and customer journeys.
• Use data visualisation and analytics tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, delivery and decision making.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams through workshops and design thinking.
• Support delivery of transformation initiatives from idea through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Monitor industry trends in London Market and Commercial Insurance for contextual insight.
