Job summary

NFU Mutual Agency in Bishop Sutton is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Adviser on a full-time basis (35 hours weekly) with a starting salary up to £28,000, dependent on experience. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with potential for hybrid homeworking 1 day per week after probation.

You will help customers with midterm policy changes, take home/motor quotes, introduce financial services and handle household claims.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferable.
• Confident telephone manner with customer service experience.
• Comfortable working with IT and in an office environment.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Local within an hour of Bishop Sutton office.

Responsibilities

• Handle midterm changes to personal and motor policies.
• Take incoming requests for home and motor quotes and sell NFU Mutual products.
• Introduce financial services and notify household claims.
• Manage calls and correspondence and process accounting transactions.
