Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with regulated products is desirable.

• Build warm relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Sell landlord insurance via outbound and inbound calls.
• Retain or generate additional income by renewing policies.
• Meet and exceed sales, retention, activity and quality targets.
• Log activity and outcomes in logs and databases for MI/audit trails.
