Job summary

UK Staffing Group are continuing our successful partnership with a fast-growing independent insurance brokerage in Manchester as they expand their Business Protection team with a number of Sales Advisors. This is a busy, high-volume, target-driven sales role focused on speaking to customers, building a large pipeline and converting opportunities into business.

You’ll be trained in Protection products and can progress into senior roles as you perform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
• Ability to manage a large pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners and individuals to understand circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance and protection solutions.
• Manage multiple opportunities in a high-volume sales process and maintain momentum.
• Engage in product training across Business Protection, Key Person Protection, Shareholder Protection, Relevant Life, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
