The role emphasizes producing clear process documentation, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decisions and risk mitigation across large operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with process mapping and Visio or equivalent tools.
• Experience with insurance software platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce).
• Ability to interpret large insurance-related datasets and visualize findings.
• Ability to identify process risks and design controls to mitigate risk.
• Experience supporting large-scale process changes in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing operational processes across departments.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and other teams to implement solutions.
• Support change management to ensure adoption of new processes or systems.
• Monitor impact of changes and report on results.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
