Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations, claims, policy management, or risk.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and insurance systems.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations like GDPR, Solvency II, AML.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, prioritise, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies and potential risks and assist with defining data quality standards and validation rules.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective solutions
• Develop process maps, reports, and dashboards to inform decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support change management and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Assist in delivering regulatory projects, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing operational efficiency
• Analyse and document operational processes across departments
