AXA Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Business Analyst on a fixed-term 12-14 month contract to bridge business needs with regulatory projects and optimise processes across the organisation. You will gather and document requirements, analyse data, design solutions, and help deliver regulatory initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

• Experience in insurance operations, claims, policy management, or risk.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and insurance systems.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations like GDPR, Solvency II, AML.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather, analyse, prioritise, and document business and functional requirements
