Job summary

Luxoft DXC Technology Company is looking for a Business Analyst with an Insurance background to join an NDA-protected project (Quartz) within our Product workstream in the UK. You will collaborate with product owners, technology teams and business stakeholders to analyse requirements, support solution design and enable successful delivery in a complex, large-scale programme environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex delivery environments.
• Experience or knowledge of Life Insurance and Protection domains.
• Proven ability to work through complex problems and ambiguous situations.
• Experience working within large-scale programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong requirements management skills, including documentation and traceability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements for product initiatives.
• Work with Product Owners and delivery teams to align requirements with product vision and roadmap.
• Support end-to-end product delivery across analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
• Translate complex business problems into structured requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and trace requirements throughout the lifecycle and ensure alignment with solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support solution design and clarify functional impacts.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts within a large-scale programme environment.
• Support change management activities and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices within the product workstream.

Responsibilities
