Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 3-5 years' experience in Business Analysis or similar roles within an application development environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams and software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs.
• Produce user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Support testing with validated requirements through test scenarios.
• Identify and manage requirements-related risks and dependencies.
• Communicate across business and technical teams for alignment.
• Document current and future state business processes.
• Assist users in investigating complex application issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors as needed.
• Maintain BA best practices and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA processes.
