Job summary

WTW is seeking a Portfolio Management Director to lead the management of a portfolio of insurance contracts for key clients within Credit Risk Solutions' Financial Institutions Team. The role combines client servicing, policy management, and reporting in a fast‑moving, internationally focused environment.

You will coordinate with the Mumbai billing team, update premium schedules, ensure data accuracy in Willis systems, and uphold regulatory requirements while driving data‑driven decisions and

Responsibilities

• Ongoing client servicing, with ongoing policy management and reporting.
• Implement mid-term cover alterations, premium adjustments and instalments, including updating premium schedules, liaising with clients and underwriters, updating Credit Risk Solutions' ERP (Eclipse).
• Coordinate with the wider team; develop data-driven reporting structures for client needs.
• Liaise with the Mumbai billing team to request invoices; ensure timely production.
• Ensure all relevant data is captured in Willis systems of record.
• Adhere to group policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Understand and apply Willis and Credit Risk Solutions procedures.
